Job summary

GPS Medical seeks a Clinical Research Physician to lead pharmacovigilance activities and oversee safety programs across asset lifecycles. The role involves medical review of safety reports, signal detection, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

You will represent GPS Medical externally and internally, collaborate with product teams, regulators, and external experts, evaluate safety data, review investigations, and manage safety communications. International travel is expected.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board eligibility/certification and at least 3+ years in pharma or clinical care.
• Knowledge of drug development and pharmacovigilance regulations (EMA, FDA).
• Strong clinical, communication and interpersonal skills; experience in clinical trials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacovigilance activities including medical review of safety reports, signal detection, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as GPS Medical representative externally and internally.
• Collaborate with product teams, regulatory bodies and external experts.
• Evaluate safety data, review manufacturing investigations and manage safety communications.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, mentor staff and support QPPV functions.
