Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Research Nurse to support NIDDK trial objectives at our Bethesda, MD site. You will organize training for physicians, nurses and staff, mentor team members, and perform protocol activities including study drug administration and data collection.

The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Nursing with Med-Surg experience, an RN license in Maryland, CPR certification, and ability to obtain a public trust. Excellent communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing with at least 2 years Med-Surg nursing experience or a Bachelor’s in nursing with 5 years Med-Surg experience.
• Valid Maryland RN license and CPR certification.
• Experience with clinical protocols and ability to obtain/maintain public trust.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate the training program for physicians, nurses, and staff.
• Mentor healthcare team in trial execution and protocol implementation.
• Perform protocol activities including data collection, drug administration, and patient assessment.
