Job summary

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking a Research Nurse to support the coordination and management of clinical research protocols, ensuring protocol compliance and high-quality patient care. This role collaborates with research teams and study participants while adhering to GCP and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate will hold RN licensure, BSN preferred, with 1 year RN experience and current BLS/CPR; ACLS/PALS as required by area.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and current state licensure in Texas.
• 1 year RN experience required.
• BLS/CPR on hire; ACLS and PALS preferred as required by unit.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical and operational management of research protocols.
• Support implementation and coordination of designated research studies.
• Ensure compliance with protocol requirements, policies, GCP, and federal regulations.
• Monitor and support patients participating in clinical research studies.
• Document patient care, interventions, and outcomes per standards.
