Job summary

Quotient Sciences in Miami, FL seeks an experienced nurse to coordinate clinical research activities. You will administer study medications, monitor adverse events, and supervise unit staff while ensuring data quality and patient safety per GCP standards.

The role requires a Florida RN license, ACLS certification, and strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. You will work closely with monitors and CROs and participate in study meetings and source documentation reviews.

Qualifications

• BSN or RN with critical care or clinical research experience.
• Current Florida nursing license.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Fluent in English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Administer study medication to participants and coordinate care.
• Monitor adverse events and ensure subject safety according to protocol.
• Supervise staff and study events on the unit; adjust staffing as needed.
• Maintain study schedules and review activities as they progress.
• Review and follow adverse events and ensure proper documentation.
• Confirm complete screening charts with informed consent and approvals.
• Interact with monitors and CROs regarding queries.
• Participate in key study meetings (SIV, kickoff, etc.).
• Ensure source documents are available and complete.
• Respond to medical emergencies and assist with other nursing duties.
