Ideal candidates hold a BSN, active RN license, and 2+ years of clinical nursing experience, with preference for those with prior clinical research exposure.

Qualifications

• BSN or higher degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license required.
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a clinical research setting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication to interact with study participants and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage patient care per protocol with investigators and healthcare professionals.
• Screen potential study participants and obtain informed consent prior to enrollment.
• Administer study treatments, collect samples, and monitor participants throughout studies.
• Maintain accurate documentation including case report forms and logs.
• Collaborate with the research team to ensure ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
