US Oncology Inc. is seeking a Research RN at Eastgate (Cincinnati, OH) to coordinate screening, enrollment and ongoing management of patients in clinical trials.

The role requires adherence to GCP, SOPs, and regulatory standards, with emphasis on accurate data entry and patient education. Responsibilities include protocol compliance review, consent processes, adverse event monitoring, and collaboration with physicians.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing education program.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BCLS or ACLS certification required; SoCRA/ACRP certifications preferred.
• OCN certification strongly preferred; oncology experience beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Screen potential patients for eligibility; present trial concepts and obtain informed consent; enroll patients on clinical trials.
• Coordinate patient care per protocol; dispense investigational drug; provide patient teaching and drug accountability.
• Review patient status for changes, adverse events, and protocol compliance; document findings and billing as required.
• Assist with recruitment goals and scheduling monitoring/auditing visits; participate in staff and patient training.
