Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• Minimum of four years as Clinical Research Nurse.
• Experience with military populations, DoD, federal government research, or military sponsored studies.
• Ability to obtain required installation access and meet contract-specific requirements.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate implementation of clinical research studies involving military personnel and other participants.
• Manage study protocols from initiation through closeout, including start-up, enrollment, monitoring, and data review.
• Ensure compliance with IRB, ICH, and Good Clinical Practice requirements; maintain study documents.
• Develop and mentor clinical research coordinators; oversee staffing, training, and workflows.
• Coordinate with investigators, sponsors, and military/government stakeholders to ensure data integrity and timely deliverables.
