Job summary

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, Missouri is recruiting a Clinical Research Nurse (RN) to join the Missouri Memory Center and CMH Neurology and Headache Center. The role supports coordination of multi-site clinical trials focused on Alzheimer's prevention and headache studies, with emphasis on nursing excellence and data integrity.

You will collaborate with the multidisciplinary research team to coordinate protocols, ensure GCP/ICH compliance, assist with screening and consent,

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required for RN licensure; BSN preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with research participants and teams.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage research protocols in compliance with guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to GCP and ICH requirements.
• Interact with participants throughout studies.
• Assist with screening visits and informed consent.
• Assist with Inclusion/Exclusion criteria review.
• Monitor participant progress and document study visits.
• Support data collection and management.
• Collaborate with investigators, CMH departments, sponsors, and external entities.
• Promote quality nursing practices and patient safety in research.
