Job summary

Mercy South is seeking a Clinical Research Nurse to coordinate Mercy Research studies. The CRN manages day-to-day operations in clinical trials, supports volunteer recruitment, inventory control, and interactions with physicians, nurses and monitors to ensure compliance. The role emphasizes data collection and analysis, adherence to regulations, and training duties. Candidates should have nursing licensure and 2–3 years of nursing experience, with preference for clinical research exposure.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree required.
• Registered Nurse with valid license in state of practice.
• 2–3 years nursing experience depending on degree; clinical research experience preferred.
• Ability to perform patient assessments and maintain regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
