Job summary

Scientific Search is seeking a Clinical Research Nurse / Oncology Research RN to join a regional oncology trials team in the Greater Tacoma Area. This full-time role offers hybrid (local) scheduling and the chance to coordinate cutting-edge cancer studies with investigators and care teams.

You will screen patients, coordinate visits and data entry while ensuring FDA, GCP/ICH and HIPAA compliance. ADN or BSN and WA RN license required; oncologic knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN required with WA RN license.
• Knowledge of oncology practice and terminology.
• Clinical research experience preferred.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and GCP; willing to train.
• Detail-oriented communicator, able to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of clinical research studies with investigators.
• Screen patients against protocol eligibility criteria.
• Coordinate protocol visits, testing, procedures, and scheduling.
• Collect, prepare, and enter essential study data; ensure FDA, GCP/ICH, and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with patients, physicians, vendors, and research teams.
