Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in a related discipline.
• Experience with FDA-regulated trials and investigator-initiated trials.
• ACRP/SOCRA research certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of professional staff performing clinical research.
• Oversee departmental clinical research portfolio.
• Coordinate research staff and faculty meetings.
• Train and onboard staff in GCP and regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with CROs, sponsors, and holders.
