Job summary

The Investigational Drug Service (IDS) Pharmacist at Froedtert Hospital coordinates pharmacy services related to clinical research and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements for investigational drugs. The role includes research, administrative, and educational duties, with frequent interactions across internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include oversight of a clinical research assistant and rotation-based supervision of pharmacy students, residents, and interns.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. degree or B.S. with commensurate experience is required.
• Residency training is preferred.
• Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin (or eligible) required; CITI certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IDS pharmacy services and ensure regulatory compliance in human research.
• Provide daily oversight of clinical research staff and pharmacy students as assigned.
• Manage research duties, education, and administrative tasks within the IDS program.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
