Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in clinical research operations or related areas.
Experience with CTMS, eRegulatory systems, or Epic Research.
Ability to oversee study startup, regulatory submissions, and coordinator workforce.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day centralized clinical research services including startup, coordination, and regulatory workflows.
Monitor operational metrics and ensure timely activation and enrollment progress.
Supervise research coordinators and staff, assign resources, and support workforce development.
Coordinate with contracting, budgeting, IRB, and CTMS teams to ensure activation readiness.
