Job summary

Miami Jewish Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to coordinate and supervise research activities across our clinical trials, ensuring accurate data collection and regulatory compliance. You will administer rating scales, recruit and screen participants, and manage lab processes under the supervision of the Principal Investigator.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Applicants should have a BS degree and at least two years of clinical research experience;

Qualifications

• BS degree from a recognized university is preferred.
• Minimum two years of clinical research or related experience.
• Certified Clinical Research Coordinator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all aspects involved in the performance of clinical studies.
• Participates in recruitment, screening, and enrollment of subjects.
• Serve as a rater for scales required in various clinical trials.
• Participate in infusions and dispensation of investigational products under PI guidance.
• Initial reviewer for labs, ECGs, and exams, and present findings to the PI.
• Oversees Research Assistant tasks and maintains documentation.
• Ensures regulatory documents are completed accurately and timely.
• Provide phlebotomy services and help prepare and ship labs per protocol.
