Job summary

United Urology Group is seeking a Research Coordinator in Denver to screen, enroll, and monitor subjects across Phase I–IV trials. You will ensure protocol compliance, coordinate with investigators, and manage study materials and regulatory documentation.

The role requires 2+ years in clinical research, knowledge of FDA/ICH/GCP, HIPAA, and strong data handling. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; clinical research certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical research experience; familiarity with FDA/ICH/GCP guidelines.
• Must maintain HIPAA compliance and demonstrate strong data/documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen, enroll, and follow study subjects across Phase I–IV trials.
• Review inclusion/exclusion criteria and ensure protocol adherence.
• Coordinate recruitment strategies and communications with PI, staff, and sponsors.
• Prepare trial materials, binders, and regulatory documentation.
• Ensure safety procedures, adverse event reporting, and regulatory compliance.
