Job summary

Nemours Children's Health in Florida is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support the Clinical Research CORE. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical or science related field required.
• At least one year of Research experience required.
• Effectively uses Microsoft Office; coordinates and prioritizes diverse tasks; communicates clearly.
• Clinical Research Coordinator certification or eligibility after 2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Follows SOPs and GCP; prepares documents and attends Investigator Meetings.
• Understands and conducts studies including multi-site and investigator-initiated projects.
• Manages parental permission/assent processes and schedules visits per protocol.
• Performs data collection, monitoring, and maintains study databases with data integrity.
• Trains nursing/staff; coordinates with departments to ensure protocol compliance.
• Identifies and reports Serious Adverse Events and unanticipated problems.
• Maintains study medication accountability and coordinates drug administration with pharmacist.
• Prepares specimens for shipment; ensures proper documentation with samples.
• Coordinates monitoring with sponsors; completes CRFs; prepares for audits.
• Supports continuous improvement and outcomes implementation.
• Prepares for internal/external audits and corrective action plans.
