Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center is seeking a Research Admin Payroll Control professional to screen participants, document progress, and ensure adherence to study protocols. The role involves coordinating with physicians, lab staff, and sponsors to maintain data integrity and regulatory compliance.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 1 year of medical or research experience; certification in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in the respective research related field.
• Minimum 1 year of medical / research background preferred.
• Related field certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen participants and ensure adherence to study requirements.
• Document patient progression for follow-ups.
• Interact with patients and families to support study compliance.
• Notify physicians about treatment responses and protocol adherence.
• Verify eligibility criteria and ensure required tests are ordered.
• Monitor patients during treatment according to protocol.
• Enter data into study databases and report to sponsors.
• Coordinate with lab/pharmacy staff and respond to inquiries.
• Assist monitors/auditors by providing requested information.
• Complete data entry for assigned protocols and other duties.

Education

Bachelor's Degree preferred in the respective research related field

Related Field Certification preferred
