Job summary

Providence Medical Foundation is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee day-to-day activities across several clinical studies. The role requires collaboration with the Principal Investigator, patients, sponsors, and IRB to ensure protocols are followed and documentation remains timely and accurate.

A strong emphasis exists on GCP/ICH compliance. The ideal candidate has completed an accredited medical or phlebotomy program, with 2 years of clinical research experience preferred and

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited Medical or Phlebotomy training program.
• Experience in a Clinical Research setting is preferred (2 years; 3 years preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day functions of multiple clinical research studies.
• Interface with the Principal Investigator, patient, sponsor, and IRB to ensure coordination.
• Ensure all documentation is timely, accurate and compliant with study protocols (GCP/ICH).
