Job summary

Innovo Research is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to review, process, and manage clinical research data and documents for studies in Pinehurst, NC. The role involves collecting data, coordinating visits, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and GCPs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of clinical research experience, and demonstrates strong English communication, familiarity with FDA regulations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-2 years of clinical research experience preferred
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH and FDA regulations is essential
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Familiarity with clinical terminology and study protocols

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical research support to investigators to prepare for and execute assigned studies
• Collect, record, and maintain study data per protocols and SOPs
• Submit regulatory/ethics documentation as required by FDA and others
• Recruit and screen participants and maintain screening logs
• Assist in consent process and orient subjects to the study
• Maintain source documentation per protocol
• Schedule and perform study visits and procedures
• Handle lab testing and sample logistics
• Monitor subject safety and report adverse events
• Coordinate with providers and staff to ensure efficient workflow
• Prepare for monitoring visits and regulatory inspections
• Maintain confidentiality of data and PHI
