Job summary

ALS is a global leader in clinical testing based in Phoenix, AZ, seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join a team delivering safety and efficacy studies under the Principal Investigator.

You will plan, develop, and coordinate protocols with study sponsors, supervise Clinical Research Assistants, collaborate with Recruitment, and monitor data to ensure compliance with GCP and SOPs. This role requires a life sciences degree and 1–2 years in clinical research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in life sciences preferred.
• 1–2 years clinical industry experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, and coordinates safety and efficacy research studies under the supervision of the Principal Investigator and in accordance with protocol, SOPs and Good Clinical Practices.
• Supervises Clinical Research Assistants and ensures activities comply with SOPs and GCP guidelines.
• Oversees day-to-day clinical activities, optimizes study workflow, and ensures availability of research subjects.
