ALS is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute clinical studies, manage data, and ensure compliance with GCP and SOPs. You will work under the Principal Investigator to support safety and efficacy studies.

You will prepare study materials, obtain informed consent, track subject participation, and maintain audit-ready study files while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data and patient care.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from a 4 year university is required.
• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in life sciences preferred.
• Current certificates in Human Protections, Good Clinical Practices, Bloodborne Pathogens are preferred.
• Computer skills are required.
• 1-2 years' experience in the clinical industry is preferred or can substitute for a BS/BA.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support planning, initiation, implementation, and day-to-day execution of clinical research studies in accordance with study protocols, sponsor requirements, and GCP guidelines.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain study materials and documentation (informed consent forms, screening materials, medical history forms, source documents, study calendars, diaries, sign-in sheets, etc.).
• Explain study procedures to participants, obtain informed consent, and verify subject eligibility in collaboration with the Recruitment Department.
• Prepare study areas, patches, test materials, and supplies required for study conduct; complete preparation and logs.
• Receive, log, weigh, prepare, and dispose of test articles and related materials per protocol and safety procedures.
• Monitor study activities and document adverse events and other data in study records.
• Operate study instruments, ensure proper data collection and maintain study images and electronic files.
