The positions span CRC I–Sr CRC, requiring progressively more experience in data handling, governance, and coordination across visits, consent, billing, and study closeouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health related field or equivalent experience.
• 0-1 year of related experience (CRC I).
• Ability to travel off-site locations.
• 1-3 years of related experience (CRC II).
• 3-5 years of related experience (CRC III).
• 5-7 years of related experience (Sr Clinical Research Coord).
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality management principles in a scientific or hospital setting (Sr CRC).

Responsibilities

• Obtain consent of participants per IRB protocols and HIPAA.
• Schedule and conduct participant visits, tests, and follow-ups.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and data management.
• Monitor protocol compliance and report issues to PI.
• Assist with grant preparation, manuscript writing, and IRB processes.
