Job summary

The role requires 0–3 years of clinical research experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Research, Life Sciences, Biology, Healthcare, Public Health, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, or a related area.
• Understanding of clinical research processes and terminology.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles is preferred.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities for assigned clinical research studies.
• Support participant screening, recruitment, enrollment, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate study records, source documents, and research databases.
• Assist with informed consent procedures in accordance with study protocols.
• Schedule participant visits and coordinate study-related appointments.
• Collect, document, and maintain clinical research data.
• Assist with preparation of regulatory and study documentation.
• Communicate with investigators, healthcare professionals, sponsors, and research teams.
• Track study timelines, protocol requirements, and required documentation.
• Support monitoring visits, audits, and regulatory inspections when required.
• Ensure research activities are conducted according to applicable protocols, institutional requirements, and regulations.
