Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Eau Claire, WI seeks a clinical research coordinator to independently coordinate complex trial protocols with minimal direction from the principal investigator, ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Responsibilities include screening and enrolling participants, coordinating schedules, data management, IRB submissions, and educating team members. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 5+ years of clinical research coordination experience.
• Associate degree or certificate with at least 3 years of experience in clinical research.
• Associate's in Clinical Research from an accredited institution without experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year experience or Mayo Clinic internship in lieu of 1 year.
• Clinical setting experience is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex clinical research protocols with minimal direction from the PI.
• Collaborate with research team to assess feasibility and manage studies.
• Ensure IRB approval, regulatory compliance, and progress reporting.
• Screen, enroll, and recruit participants; monitor subject participation.
• Manage data, adverse events, deviations, and protocol content; provide education.

Education

HS Diploma with 5 years of clinical research coordination/related experience

Associate's degree/college Diploma/Certificate Program with at least 3 years of experience

Associate's in Clinical Research from an accredited institution (no experience)

Bachelor's with 1+ year experience or Mayo Clinic internship in lieu of 1 year

Experience in clinical setting or related experience
