Job summary

Advarra, Inc. in Detroit is seeking a part-time Clinical Research Coordinator to support clinical studies through data collection, patient consenting, and study documentation. This role will ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory standards while contributing to the success of clinical operations.

You will collaborate with investigators, nurses, and other research staff to drive accurate data and uphold participant welfare throughout the study lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience or associate’s degree with 4+ years.
• Experience in phlebotomy and handling clinical specimens.
• Experience with data entry and patient questionnaires.

Job Overview Summary

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintain study-related records.
• Collect, process, and prepare clinical research samples in accordance with study protocols and established procedures.
• Administer and assist patients with study-related questionnaires and assessments.
• Collaborate with investigators, nurses, and other research staff.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and institutional requirements.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR associate’s degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience in phlebotomy and with collecting, processing, labeling, storing, and preparing clinical specimens for shipment.
• Demonstrated experience with data entry; sample collection and processing, patient questionnaires
