Job summary

Actalent in Florida seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to engage healthcare professionals in clinical research, supporting protocols and data integrity on site.

The role collaborates with investigators, ensures GCP/Regulatory compliance, maintains source documents, and helps implement workflow improvements. Work is on-site, Monday–Thursday, 10:00–15:00, for 20 hours to start. Contract position in Hialeah, FL, pay $30–$42/hr.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent education/experience preferred.
• 2-3 years Clinical Research Coordinator experience or equivalent.
• 1-2 years Oncology experience required.
• Experience with site remediation, audit readiness or quality improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs, protocol requirements, sponsor procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Assess site workflows to identify protocol noncompliance and data issues.
• Review protocol clarity with Investigators for feasibility and safety.
• Coach site personnel on protocol adherence and documentation practices.
• Develop workflow improvements and escalation pathways with site leadership.
• Assist in data entry, reconciliation, and resolving data queries.
• Ensure training and study requirements are met during trials.
• Discuss study meds, procedures, eligibility, and impact on office flow.
• Create or review source documents and workflow tools.
• Maintain action trackers and timely resolution of issues.
• Prepare status updates on risks and progress for sponsor/site leadership.
• Facilitate communication among site, sponsor, and study partners.
• Maintain organized source documents, charts, CRFs, and regulatory files.
• Maintain adherence to FDA, ICH, GCP, GDP and SOPs.
• Interact professionally with sponsor reps, investigators, and site staff.
• Operate independently under limited supervision; perform other duties as assigned.
