Qualifications

• Certification in GCP and CCR(CRC) preferred or within 6 months of start.
• Experience with clinical assessments and data collection.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial activities per protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Complete required training including ICH-GCP and IATA.
• Mentor staff on trial conduct and data collection processes.
• Lead trial startup, vendor management, subject recruitment, and regulatory documentation.
• Ensure good documentation practices across all trial records.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, sponsors, and vendors.
• Coordinate supplies and investigational products.
