Job summary

Profound Research LLC in Munster, IN is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage all trial activities under supervision, ensuring compliance with protocol, laws, and company values.

You will coordinate study start-up, vendor management, subject recruitment, data collection, and adverse event reporting, while mentoring staff and maintaining rigorous documentation practices across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years relevant life science experience OR
• Associate’s degree with 4 years relevant life science experience OR
• High School/Technical degree with minimum 6 years relevant life science experience and 1 year Clinical Research Coordinator experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage all clinical trial activities per protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Complete required training including ICH-GCP and IATA certifications.
• Mentor and train staff in trial conduct and management.
• Lead study start-up, vendor management, subject recruitment, data collection, and adverse event reporting.
• Ensure good documentation practices across source documents, CRFs, and regulatory forms.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, leadership, sponsors, CROs, and vendors.
• Collect and account for supplies from sponsors.
• Other duties as assigned.
