You will work closely with patients, physicians, and research staff, handling vitals, labs, and EKGs, and contribute to groundbreaking treatments in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Requires ability to obtain and apply knowledge of research operations.
• Requires ability to obtain and apply knowledge of the organization policies and procedures.
• Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and applications.
• Requires 0-3 years of relevant research data management experience.
• May require relevant certification specified by department leadership within 2 years of hire date

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and provides overall project management support for the planning, initiation, monitoring, reporting, and completion of clinical research activities.
• Assists with the data management of clinical research programs and projects.
• Ensures industry quality standards for clinical activities are met and promotes continuous quality improvement.
• Assures compliance with protocols and conducts activities in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Managing patient vitals, drawing labs, completing EKGs.

This position will work full time, onsite, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm in our Fort Wayne offices.

Minimum Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field required or equivalent experience.
