Job summary

The ideal candidate has hands-on clinical skills (vital signs, phlebotomy, ECGs), site operations knowledge, and experience with CTMS/eCRFs. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in obtaining vital signs, phlebotomy, ECGs and processing lab specimens.
• Solid understanding of site operations and the drug development process.
• CRC I: 1–3 years in a clinical research setting; CRC II: 3+ years as a CRC.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CTMS, eCRFs and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2–6 trials of varying complexity and lead study coordination from start to finish.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors and monitors and mentor junior staff.
• Contribute to internal training and ensure regulatory documentation is complete.
• Support patient recruitment, informed consent, site audits and data entry.
