Job summary

The Clinical Research Coordinator position at the Salk Institute's Laboratory of Regulatory Biology supports ongoing human studies and trials, including TIMET 2.0 and chrononutrition research. You will assist with recruitment, participant visits, data collection, and data handling in a collaborative RBIO-P lab environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or related scientific discipline required. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a scientific role is required for consideration of a Bachelor's degree in a different discipline.

Responsibilities

• Participant recruitment
• Running patient visits for clinical trials
• Follow-up with study patients
• Preparing for study visits
• Data collection and entry
• Data and study sample management
• Data analysis (sleep scoring, nutritional analysis, etc.)
• Ordering supplies & running study related errands
• Other Administrative tasks for study data organization
• May require travel; reliable mode of transportation (required)
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Education
