Job summary

Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I to contribute to the Brooks Center for Innovation. The CRC-I will assist in collecting and documenting clinical research data, coordinate regulatory processes, and support study personnel in conducting procedures.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of research experience, and strong planning, communication, and analytical skills. CPR certification and knowledge of regulatory guidelines are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of research experience preferred.
• Strong planning, management, organization and communication skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal clinical research regulations is preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows and web-based applications.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in study monitoring/auditing visits.
• Assist study personnel in conducting study procedures.
• Conduct informed consent.
• Conduct initial screening calls/visits with potential participants.
• Document and communicate AE/SAEs to appropriate study personnel.
• Maintain study documentation in accordance with rules and regulations governing research.
• Maintain study metrics in adherence with reporting procedures.
• Prepare IRB documents and contracts and assist in preparing/submitting IRB materials.
