Job summary

Tekton Research is a growth-oriented clinical research organization seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage day-to-day trial coordination in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure protocol compliance, safety, and data integrity while liaising with investigators, sponsors, participants, and regulators.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple trials concurrently, with a focus on high-quality patient care and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma not sufficient; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum six months to one year of Clinical Research Coordinator experience.
• Working knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and clinical research processes.
• Experience with pediatric and adult phlebotomy and specimen processing.
• Proficiency with EDC systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned clinical trials from start-up through close-out.
• Recruit, screen, consent, and schedule study participants per protocol.
• Collect, process, package, and ship laboratory specimens per protocol and sponsor requirements.
• Maintain source documentation, regulatory binders, and study records per GCP and FDA regulations.
• Monitor participant safety and report adverse events promptly.
• Prepare IRB submissions, continuing reviews, and protocol amendments.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, monitors, and study staff for successful study conduct.
• Assist with monitoring visits, sponsor audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Utilize EDC and CTMS to maintain accurate study data.
• Ensure protocol compliance while upholding participant care and research integrity.
