Job summary

Nura Clinics is hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator to support day-to-day activities under the Principal Investigator. You will help ensure participant safety, data quality, and compliance with protocols and regulations.

Work involves coordinating protocols, screening and enrolling participants, collecting data, and assisting with sponsor visits and trainings. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 4 years of related experience, or a technical degree with 4 years of clinical experience.
• RN is highly desirable.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical research experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with MS Office and data management tools.
• Experience in medical or educational environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research protocols with teams, departments, sponsors, and other sites.
• Screen, recruit, consent, and enroll participants; conduct visits per protocol.
• Collect data and complete CRFs in the EDC; monitor events with the PI.
• Assist sponsor monitoring visits and routine quality checks.
• Train clinical staff supporting trials as directed by the PI.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state human subject regulations.
• Identify issues in procedures and report to investigators.
• Maintain IRB compliance and prepare IRB materials.
• Prepare and submit IRB documents; file and maintain records.
• Develop and maintain trial master files and research documents.
• Track study timelines and deadlines for trials.
• Coordinate with finance and billing for payments.
• Perform other duties to support the mission.
