Job summary

Mount Sinai Morningside is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support human subjects research under the supervision of senior staff. You will obtain informed consent, collect and organize study data, and assist in grant submissions and regulatory documents.

The role involves screening participants, maintaining confidential records, and supporting regulatory activities related to clinical trials. A bachelor’s degree in science and 0–2 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science (or related field) preferred or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of research/human subjects experience recommended.
• Experience in assisting grant applications and regulatory submissions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts routine and standardized human subjects research under supervision.
• Assist in informed consent, eligibility screening, and patient registration with sponsoring agencies.
• Collects, analyzes and reviews experimental data for publication/presentation.
• Maintain source documents and ensure data confidentiality and accuracy.
• May assist in regulatory site visits and specimen handling.
