Job summary

K2 Medical Research in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to support our clinic operations and ensure adherence to GCP, FDA guidelines, and sponsor requirements. You will manage study activities, maintain source documentation, coordinate with investigators, and educate patients about trial participation while contributing to our patient-first mission.

You will work closely with investigators and staff to ensure compliant conduct of multi-site trials and support

Qualifications

• Master's degree and clinical environment experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and FDA guidelines.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand studies through protocols and startup meetings.
• Adhere to study protocol; obtain exemptions when necessary/appropriate.
• Communicate protocol issues to CRO and/or Sponsor, Site Administrator, Director, Principal or Sub-Investigator.
• Collect initial psychiatric and medical information by interviewing patients and accessing other sources.
• Maintain timely source documentation and sponsor data.
• Dispense and maintain accurate records of study medication.
• Educate patients and family regarding their particular study and trials.
• Complete monitor and sponsor queries in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with investigators and staff to ensure compliance and effective study conduct.
