ObjectiveHealth is hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator II to work full-time in Dayton, Ohio. You will directly interact with patients, screen and enroll participants, and conduct clinic visits while ensuring strict adherence to IRB-approved protocols.

The role requires 3+ years of clinical research coordination experience, strong data entry accuracy, and meticulous regulatory compliance. You will contribute to improving patient outcomes through efficient study setup and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical research coordination experience.
• Experience conducting IRB approved clinical trial protocols (identification, screening, enrollment).
• Capable of consenting patients, performing physical assessments, blood draws, ECGs, and related activities.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned studies and patient cohorts.
• Coordinate patient visits and ensure protocol adherence.
• Submit IRB responses and audit findings; monitor AE/SAE events.
• Maintain eSource materials and regulatory documentation.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and sponsors as needed.
