Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. (HJF) seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator II to support clinical research at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD.

The role covers tissue/blood biobanks, APOLLO and NOAX-related projects, with emphasis on patient screening, data capture, and adherence to study protocols. Responsibilities include coordinating all research activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining data

Qualifications

Knowledge of federal and local regulations and policies pertinent to research involving human subjects.
Excellent interpersonal and computer skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and to work with individuals of all levels.
May require U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a T3/Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Screen patients for eligibility, obtain consent, and interview patients to collect health history and lifestyle data.
Collect, process, and track samples; prepare shipments and enter data.
Participate in weekly/monthly update calls with MCC.
Implement SOPs, research protocols and policies for all assigned projects.
Adhere to confidentiality and good clinical practices; assist with protocol audits/visits.
Collect, organize, and maintain data files; track status of all patients.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
