The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. (HJF) invites applications for a Clinical Research Coordinator I in Bethesda, MD, supporting CDP at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.

You will author and edit regulatory documents, coordinate IRB actions, and collaborate on military behavioral health research projects. This role emphasizes quality documentation, regulatory compliance, and liaison with investigators, staff, and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably within Psychology or Sociology.
• 0-2 years experience required; 1 year preferred.
• Knowledge of IRB activities and federal/military regulations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a T1/Public Trust background check.

Responsibilities

• Writes protocol applications and consent forms for IRBs and submits documentation.
• Manages regulatory issues after IRB approval and submits updates.
• Performs literature searches, editing, and distributes manuscripts.
• Interacts with study subjects for screening, recruitment and data collection.
• Ensures compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards; maintains records.
• Performs administrative duties including scheduling and data tracking.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
