Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical research experience.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP, IRB, HIPAA, and FDA requirements.
• Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participant recruitment, screening, and retention for studies.
• Assist in protocol execution, data collection, and regulatory documentation.
• Monitor studies for safety events and report deviations.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate with sponsors and study teams.
• Maintain study binders and ensure compliance with SOPs.
