The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking an administrative professional to support the day-to-day activities of clinical research trial programs. You will assist with recruiting, training, and supervising staff and managing the program budget to help achieve the program’s goals.
Responsibilities include coordinating protocols, enrolling participants, data collection and reporting, IRB compliance, and developing program materials. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
Perform the day-to-day administrative activities of clinical research trial programs. Provide support to the team to facilitate the achievement of the program’s goals. Assist with recruiting, training, and supervising staff and managing the program budget.
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree
Minimum Required Experience: 2 years
Required Certification/Licensure(s): CITI training within 90 days of hire
Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously.
Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment.
Sensory Acuity Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
