Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to assist investigators in coordinating complex studies and liaise with the school, sponsoring agencies, community, and participants.

You will document and manage all phases of study protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves developing research plans, coordinating forms and data collection, and supporting manuscript preparation and grant applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within one month of hire date.
• Clinical Research experience (2 years) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing plans for research projects and discusses interpretation of results.
• Collaborates in manuscript preparation and grant proposals to sponsoring agencies.
• Coordinates development of forms, questionnaires and application of research techniques.
• Writes instructional procedure manuals for study progress, data collection and coding.
• Reviews literature to stay updated and plan new studies.
• Manages all phases of study/protocol to ensure compliance with regulations.
