Job summary

Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles seeks a detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator II to independently coordinate studies, screen potential patients for protocol eligibility, obtain informed consent, and manage source documents, data collection, and reporting.

You will work with physicians and IRB, ensure compliance with FDA and HIPAA, monitor safety, prepare CRFs, and support enrollment strategies while maintaining high quality and timely sponsor communications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED - Required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Sociology or related degree - Preferred.
• 2 years clinical research related experience - Required.
• Preferred SOCRA or ACRP certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate screening of potential patients for protocol eligibility.
• Document thoroughly on Case Report Forms (CRFs) adverse events and protocol changes.
• Maintain accurate source documents for all research procedures.
• Manage data collection, entry and sponsor query responses in a timely way.
• Schedule visits, monitoring, and auditing activities for studies.
• Collaborate with physicians and IRB to submit safety reports and deviations.
• Support enrollment strategies and identify new research opportunities.
