Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field.
• At least 2 years of research experience in clinical studies (pharmaceutical, academic, device, NIH, investigator-initiated or registry trials).
• BLS certification within six months of employment.
• CITI certification preferred.
• If Allied Health Degree: state certification/license in field.
• Equivalent combination of work and academic experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical data collection, monitor study compliance and data flow.
• Manage patient visits and implement protocol procedures.
• Communicate study progress and safety issues with investigators and staff.
• Support investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored trials with protocol development and data tools.
• Coordinate resources and data collection tools with ancillary departments.
• Submit required study documents and monitor amendments and regulatory activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
