Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for consideration.
• Minimum 2 years of research or clinical coordination experience.
• Experience with IRB processes and study protocol adherence.
• Ability to manage data using regulatory and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate eligibility, visits, education and required testing.
• Perform fibroscans, EKGs, phlebotomy and sample processing.
• Mentor new staff and support the PI on studies.
• Manage inventory and ordering of study materials.
• Serve as liaison between subjects, investigators, outside providers and sponsors.
• Submit data to databases and assist with IRB submissions.
• Maintain study charts and source documentation.
• Ensure proper sample collection, storage and shipment to labs.
