Job summary

Dartmouth Health is hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator II to perform a full range of clinical research duties with growing independence. The role involves regulatory submission, data entry in CTMS, and participant engagement under PI supervision.

You will coordinate study operations, manage documentation, assist with IRB processes, and ensure ethical conduct and data quality across projects in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant research experience or equivalent
• Ability to travel as required
• SOCRA/ACRP Certification or eligible for certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Research Operations – Occasionally requiring tasks outside of defined operating hours
• Arrange and/or schedule required tests and other appointments
• Support subject management, data entry in CTMS and regulatory documentation
• Administer QoL questionnaires under supervision of investigator
• Interview study participants about medical history, medications, adverse events, demographics, and QoL issues
• Communicate with participants throughout the study and provide education and support
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents to sponsors and regulatory agencies
• Maintain study and regulatory documentation
• May manage tasks related to IRBs and regulatory committees
• Organize and manage clinical trials and research studies
• Conduct protocol reviews and assess feasibility of potential studies
• Collaborate on recruitment and screening procedures
• Develop recruitment documentation and informed consent forms
• Maintain study documents and management tools
• Participate in manuscript/abstract development
• Serve as liaison between investigators, regulators, DH stakeholders and participants

Education

Bachelors and 2 years of relevant research experience OR equivalent years of experience
