Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of experience as a Dana-Farber Clinical Research Coordinator.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred, with background in medical or scientific research or technology-oriented environment.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the clinical trials start-up process from protocol receipt through IRB submissions and site activation.
• Manage data reporting and handling, collect source documents, develop case report forms, report adverse events, file and archive study records.
• Complete regulatory-related reports/IRB submissions; maintain study and regulatory binders; enter study data.
• Ensure collection, preparation and shipment of study-related samples per protocol and IATA/DOT standards.
• Coordinate with Protocol Scheduling, Materials Management, Clinical Research Laboratory, Pharmacy, Research Nursing and other departments as required.
• Prepare for internal and external audits/monitoring visits and manage trial life cycle communication with sponsors and regulatory authorities.
• Interact with study participants per protocol; may collect tissue samples as required.
