Job summary

The Gastrointestinal (GI) Oncology Clinical Research Program at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our team in Boston. The CRC will support PI-initiated, industry-sponsored, and cooperative group trials across GI cancers, handling data collection, regulatory binders, and study communications.

You will screen patients, obtain consent, manage samples, and coordinate with IRB requirements, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of Dana-Farber CRC experience required.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee start-up process from protocol receipt to IRB submissions.
• Data reporting, CRF creation, AE reporting, and record archiving.
• Regulatory reports and IRB submissions as needed.
• Collect and ensure proper handling of protocol samples as required.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and prepare audits/monitoring visits.
• Interact with study participants and manage data entry in CTMS.
