Job summary

Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, OH is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage elements of a clinical study, ensuring protocol obligations and ICH/GCP compliance. You will handle start-up, enrollment, data collection and study closure under SOPs.

The role involves recruiting and consenting subjects, maintaining CRFs and regulatory binders, coordinating with PI and other services, and preparing specimens for analyses. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in clinical research or health care preferred.
• CRA/CRC certification after hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, consents and enrolls subjects per ICH/GCP regulations and IRB requirements.
• Ensures subject meets inclusion/exclusion criteria and safety monitoring signals.
• Collects and manages study data and specimens; performs laboratory procedures as certified.
• Prepares and processes human specimens; maintains regulatory binder and CRFs.
• Coordinates subject visits with PI/sub-I and hospital services; adheres to SOPs.
