Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• 0-2 years of experience in a research study or relevant experience.
• Preferred: two or more years supporting or coordinating research studies.
• Ability to manage timelines and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, consents, screens, schedules, tracks and provides study updates to study participants.
• Collects and enters data into study case report forms and/or electronic data capture; responds to queries.
• Assists in preparing simple data summaries, reports or charts to support study documentation.
• Maintains accurate and complete procedural documentation in compliance with guidelines.
• Verifies data against source documentation for accuracy before entry.
• May collect, process and ship potentially biohazardous specimens.
• Administers structured tests and questionnaires per study protocols.
• Provide ongoing study status updates and respond to questions from PI and sponsors.
• Maintains study flow by coordinating with study team members.
• Participate in auditing and monitoring visits; report unanticipated problems.
• Work with PI/sponsor/compliance to identify and improve routine processes.
